How We Work
A consultative process, in five steps.
We follow the same sequence with every practice: understand first, assess second, and only then talk about technology. Each step builds on what we learned in the last one.
Discovery
An introductory conversation to understand the practice — how it operates day to day, who is involved, and what prompted the interest in AI or automation.
Workflow Assessment
A closer review of the specific workflows in question, from how inquiries come in to how follow-up and administrative work get handled.
Opportunity Identification
A candid evaluation of where AI or automation could realistically help, and where it would not add value for this practice.
Implementation Plan
If an opportunity exists, a specific, scoped plan describing what would change, in what order, and what it would require from the practice.
Optional Implementation Support
For practices that choose to move forward, support through the rollout, including staff training and adjustments as the workflow settles in.
What this process is not
It is not a sales script for a predetermined product. If the assessment shows that automation isn't a good fit for your practice right now, we'll say so, and the engagement can end there.
What we ask of you
Time and honesty. A useful assessment depends on an accurate picture of how your practice actually operates today, not how it operates on paper.
